THYNC GLOBAL RETURNS POLICY

Thync guarantees your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Thync for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. You may return any product purchased on Thync.com.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our Customer Care team within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • To request an RMA, please contact our Customer Service team at support@thync.com
  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included in the return (used strips do not have to be returned).
  • The RMA must be included along with your returned product.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Products ordered in November and December can be returned through January 31 of the following year (or 45 days, whichever is longer).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of Thync's receipt of product.
